In order to create an intercultural dynamic and implement it in all aspects of our strategic development, GreenTec Capital Partners has appointed various expert in its Advisory Board. It combines Fund managers, successful Entrepreneurs, Merger and Acquisition experts, Engineering professionals and Social impact measurement leaders, coming from Europe and Africa.

This combination of knowledge and cultural mix provides us non-binding but informed guidance and serves as a tremendous ally in the quest for superior corporate governance. They also provide a huge international network that supports the various projects we cover. 

 

Tim Kallas

Tim brings extensive experience in the field of investments in general and especially in the renewable energy sector. As the Investment Director of Capital Stage AG he was responsible for private equity, wind- and solar farm transactions of > 550 MW (>1.2 billion €) including the structuring of equity, debt, and mezzanine capital. He was also Managing Director of several solar and wind farm entities in Germany and Italy. Tim is currently working as Chief Investment Officer for Blue Elephant Energy AG.

 

Jean-Dominique Rugiero

Jean-Dominique is French; His 22 years of work experience include the banking (Société Générale, Paris and Hong Kong, Crédit Agricole, Hong Kong), automotive (Chrysler Financial Europe, Brussels, Chrysler Asia Pacific, Singapore) and FMCG sectors. A former CFO of Beiersdorf NordicBaltic businesses (Nivea brands - 180 MEuro Turnover, Copenhagen), Jean-Dominique has experience holding various management team positions in organizations. He values applying ethics and management theories in practice.

Edwin Bosso

Edwin is the founder, CEO and senior partner of Myrtle Consulting Group LLC. He has lived in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Ivory Coast, France, Burkina Faso and the Netherlands. During his years in consulting, Edwin has undertaken a wide range of assignments in Europe, Asia and North America, specializing in operations improvement and change management. Edwin led the Operations arm of the CPG sector at Celerant Consulting before moving on to found Myrtle Consulting Group LLC.

Ozong E Etta

Ozong is CEO and managing partner of Etta Group LLP. Ozong has more than 24 years experience as Senior Finance Executive . He is experienced in capital markets transactions ranging from venture capital to IPOs. He has participated and advised numerous companies on M&A strategies, due diligence and deals structures. Previously, Ozong served as VP Finance for Ascend Performance Materials where among others missions, he oversaw the placement of $550M in equity debt.

Jojakim Sames

Jojakim is a German civil engineer with a special emphasis on water, Photovoltaics and environment. He is the Founder of the NGO Engineers without Borders Germany (3000 members worldwide) and is a lecturer at the Faculty of applied Science in Giessen. He has a strong experience in working on difficult projects and he can deal easily with intercultural issues. He worked among others in Algeria, Morocco, Congo, Tchad, Rwanda, Tajikistan, Nepal, and Costa Rica. He is CEO of the german company Sames Solar  which is specialized in PV Solar systems. 

Sebastian Kahlfeld

Sebastian is a senior portfolio manager and Head of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa Equities at Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management. With 10 years of portfolio management experience, he has won a range of awards for outstanding performance in his region. He has also been named Number 31 of all Pan-European Fund Managers in 2014 by Extel and is a Citywire "A" ranked fund manager. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, he has lived in England and Russia, with in total 17 years of experience in banking
